Immune Boosting Foods That Transformed my health (part 1)

When it comes to fighting disease, resisting infections and maintaining a strong immunity against disease.  Natural whole foods remains the answer.  I am just beginning to reason that our young children should be taught these important aspect of living even early in schools.  Meaning, it should be incorporated in early schools curriculum due to its importance.  This will probably help prevent some diseases and ensure a healthier population.

Back to our subject of natural foods that Transformed my health and can help you conquer that infection:

Here are five of the common foods that helped me conquer:   They are the secrets behind my less frequent visits to hospital today, they are my family Secret.

1.  Garlic:

Yes garlic is affordable and available but never neglect it because of that, it remains one of the most powerful antibiotics given to us by nature.  Fresh garlic is great for both internal and external use.  Use it as a taste enhancer  instead of bouillon cubes especially those working to lower blood pressure.  Use it if you have frequent infections such as typhoid, kidney, liver, malaria, Constipation, yeast infection or pains. Cold, cough, mucus. Best used raw with honey on empty stomach first thing in the morning after water therapy or last thing at night for best result over infections or tackling bacteria. It has anti inflammatory and antiviral properties too

2.  Ginger:

Ginger is close to garlic.  It is one of our stomachs best fried, include ginger if you have low stomach acids, nausea, always feeling pains, feels like vomiting, always  old, bacteria and fungal infections, cough, mucus, you just name it.  It is best with honey in the money either before or after meals. You can also use ginger in your cooking to spice it up.  This spice used in moderation provides support for key internal  organs like the liver and kidney.

3.  Onions:

Onions is another common foods in our local markets that should not be neglected.  Helps bring out the natural taste in all my cooking.  Fights infections, easily digestible, a source of iron and important nutrients that Supports your health.  Use more onions and garlic and your meals will naturally taste nice.  Fights bacteria, infections, cold, fungus and virus.  Those with asthma will benefit by consuming more onions through adding them to their cookings.  Do not overcook it if you want to get result.

4.  Cayenne pepper:

Another common food that helped transform my health is cayenne pepper.  Cayenne pepper is one healing food you should eat daily.  It is moderately hot unlike black and other peppers.  Use it especially fresh cayenne if you have stomach ulcers, poor circulation, fungal infection, insomnia, frequent infections, and heart problems.  It's your hearts' best friend. Best added to your meals towards the evening.  Dried ones are okay too, but if you are battling infection, better go for the  freshest version.

5.  Coconut oil:

Another common food, often neglected is coconut oil.  Many are afraid of coconut oil due to its saturated fat content, thank God we now know better, that the fats found in coconut oil are unlike other fats. Apart from not making you fat, they help boost your metabolism.  They help you fight of disease and infections, they help you burn fat especially stomach fat. They fight yeast and attack microbes.  They resist cold, they support your thyroid health and prevent sore throat, heal toothache, sore throat, earache, and improve good cholesterol.  Coconut oil is your friendly oil unlike other oils with transfats artificially manipulated for shelf life.  Which only benefit commercial purpose but hurts our health.

More least of common foods that helped transform my health. Remember that moderation should be your guide.  Food is our medicine but too much of everything is bad also.
