Body Odor? Likely Causes

Large sum of monies are spent annually in the development and usage of underarm deodorants and antiperspirants. These nit only ignore the basic causes of body odor, but in some cases can be detrimental to your health. Offensive body odor may have two basic causes - external and internal.

The external cause of offensive body odor is obviously an acute soap and water deficiency. The oily secretions of sweat accumulate and provide an ideal medium for the growth of bacteria. Most of this type are linked to Fungus infections.

In other cases, especially internally, if there is an excessive amount of toxic substance in the body, that exceeds the capacity of the digestive system, liver or kidneys to deal with, it must then exit via the skin. Such toxic substances accumulate due to liver disease or congestion, poor elimination, kidney disease, pneumonia, scurvy, improper diet or other causes.
Improper diet, probably the most ignored cause of foul body odor, is also the number one factor in most cases of internal origin. Main causes of body odor are:
1. Excess saturated fat
2. Meat, dairy products, hydrogenated fats, fried foods
3. Improper diet
4. Zinc deficiency, essential fatty acids deficiency, green vegetables deficiency, excess sweets and refined carbohydrates
5. Toxemia
6. Soap and water deficiency
Other Secondary causes of body odour includes:
1. Bacteria, liver disorder, systemic disease, fungus, chemicals or kidney disorder.
The most unintelligent thing to do is to seek for perfumes and deodorants to deal with body odor, Find ou
